The evolution of a young boy’s cricketing dream was the main theme of Eden Garden Wall Graffiti project this year. The journey begins with the early days of gully cricket where his passion for the game starts shaping up. Every mundane evening moving out of home to play with his friends in his locality. Eventually, he moves to the next stage of preparing himself for the best. This takes him to the iconic grounds of Maidan where he practices regularly and improves at the nuances of Cricket game. And finally, his efforts and hard work get him to the final destination - at the Edens in the Indian jersey.

No sport is complete without its fans. And thus, we have also brought alive the craziness and excitement of cricket fans in few walls. On the other hand, the canteen wall portrays the gastronomic Kolkatans peeping for tea & snacks there.

Apart from the iconic Pink Ball Test Match, the fans also witnessed the cricketing stories that came alive with vibrant colours on the walls of Eden Gardens this time.

The initial concept was shared with Mr. Sourav Ganguly and he put forward his valuable suggestions in the overall presentation. The same was incorporated before zeroing on the final art work. The entire conceptualisation, illustrations & the actual execution was completed within a time span of just 10 days.
